The published source code have not been update since 2016. However, the library have been, you can find an example of the usage from https://github.com/MicroEJ/Example-Sandboxed-IOT. This example will fetch the latest version of paho and you will be able to browse the source code in Eclipse.
If you have the github version in your workspace you should remove it.
