MicroEJ uses the ST-Link utility provided by ST Microelectronics (available from http://www.st.com).
However, since this runs on Windows only, if you are running either a Linux or Mac OS box, you may want to take a look at the following projects :
Note that MicroEJ does not provide support for these tools.
