I have already generate the STM32F7508.platform,but the error as the picture shows,I can not launch the Demo-widget in the simulator.

You have to check that the generated STM32F7508 platform project is imported in your workspace. Then go to Run > Run Configurations... select your application launcher and ensure that the right platform is selected int the Execution tab.
