Best card for a car 1280x390 display?

The question is in the title. I need:

  • LVDS or HDMI
  • 4 channels audio (front and rear)
  • Arduino compatible

Options:

  • CAN
  • GPS
  • Touch screen (not needed for all the surface)

Any suggestions?

Your question is tough one to answer because there are many considerations to take into account like industrial/automotive grade processors, manufacturing volume, BoM etc… I would recommend you contact your local silicon vendors distributor: They will be able to help you to choose the right board. For sure you should consider a Arm Cortex A type of processor (with a few hundreds of MHz with MB of RAM) to get enough computing power for high resolution display. MicroEJ VEE can of course run on top of these devices.
