Are MicroEJ and its SDK open source?

I am really interested in MicroEJ but I would like to know what are the conditions for a commercial use.

If MicroEJ isn’t open source, what are the available licenses and what is the pricing ?

Most of our libraries are open source, except our Core Engine (MICROEJ VEE).
