We are pleased to announce the release of the Abstraction Layers version 3.1.0 for Zephyr RTOS.
The git repository contains the Abstrations Layers and 3 VEE Port samples for the following boards:
It can be customized for any board supported by Zephyr by following How to configure a new board section of the README.
Here are the major changes:
- The AbstractionLayer-Zephyr repository has been deprecated and its content merged into the Zephyr VEE Port git repository.
- Migration to Zephyr version 4.3.0.
- Add Abstraction Layers for Security foundation library.
- Add Abstraction Layers for SSL foundation library.
- Add Abstraction Layers for Serial foundation library.
- Add Abstraction Layers for the Peripheral Role of the Bluetooth foundation library.
- Update Abstraction Layers for NET foundation library to support NET Pack 13.0.0.
- Optimize Core/FS/NET Zephyr configuration to improve performance.
- Update the following foundation libraries inside VEE Port Samples:
- Architecture → 8.6.0
- Event Queue → 3.0.3
- Device → 1.4.0
